This project took a 1960’s Jackson landmark and converted it into a mixed-use building consisting of retail and restaurants on the first floor, office space on floors 2-4, and residential loft apartments on the top floor. This project consisted of a complete renovation of the exterior facades and an interior gut of the facility. |
